I'm Charles.
I've spent my career in healthcare—strategy, M&A, and operations.
I worked at the largest private health insurance company in the US, leading corporate strategy and M&A initiatives. Before that, I was at the largest public health insurer and a Top 10 healthcare system, focused on growth, technology, and pharmacy.
Earlier in my career, I advised private equity firms on healthcare investments—evaluating businesses, diligence, deal execution—at a leading strategy consulting firm.
I've worked on transactions from small family businesses to multi-billion-dollar platforms. I've seen great handoffs—and terrible ones. I learned what it takes to transfer something you've built without destroying it.
I wanted to build something I could keep.
Make decisions that compound over decades—not quarters. Know the team by name. Understand the customers. Invest for the long term.
That's what I'm building here: acquiring one company to run as an owner-operator in Chicagoland or SE Wisconsin.
Long-term ownership. Protect what the previous owner built. Invest in the team. Serve the customers. Grow thoughtfully.
Not a portfolio. Not a flip. One business, permanent focus.
